ART Sessions (Accelerated Resolution Therapy): $200 per session (generally 75-90 minutes)

If I am not a preferred provider for your insurance, most insurance companies will cover a portion of your costs, with an "out-of-network" benefit. Please contact your insurance company to determine what percentage of your cost will be covered. If you would like to use an Out of Network benefit, I am happy to provide you with a superbill, so that your insurance can reimburse you for a portion of your costs.
Good Faith Estimate In compliance with the No Surprises Act, if you are not going to be using insurance to pay for your sessions, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost. This will be based upon the rates listed above, and I will provide you an estimate of what you would expect to pay over the course of a year. Clinical Supervision Individual Supervision: $90/hour (prorated in 15 min increments if we go over an hour) Group Supervision: $45/hour
